    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all safety policies, work instructions and programs to ensure a safe working environment, including proper use of all PPE, safety equipment, Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, Housekeeping, and 5S standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform routine preventive maintenance checks and tasks on all production equipment and machinery such as lubrication, filters, cleaning, and housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Repair basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components and replace parts on machines such as bearings, wiring, valves, gauges, motors, and switches.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair production equipment in the areas of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and machine controls.</li>\n <li>Accomplish all assigned work orders to maintain safety; reduce downtime; decrease scrap; improve quality production; and improve plant efficiency.&nbsp; Document all assigned work through the work order system.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance capacity within a manufacturing environment.&nbsp; Experience within the plastic injection molding industry or similar plastics production facility is a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment such as injection molding machines, resin vacuum systems, and plant automation is preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blueprints, electrical and hydraulic schematics, charts, diagrams, etc.</li>\n <li>Ability to use measuring devices including amp meters, calipers, and hydraulic gauges.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of systems, equipment, and schematics</li>\n <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Good troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Basic mathematical skills used to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use decimals and fractions.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work in a mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility, and perform all assigned duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin-right:0px\">\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:4px 0px 0px 8px\">\n  Pay Range\n </div>\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:0px 6px 6px 8px\">\n  <span>The pay range is $28– 37/hour.
