As the Group Rooms Coordinator, you will serve as a key connection between our Sales and Events team, hotel operations, and group organizers to ensure guest room blocks are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage group room blocks, reservations, and rooming lists with accuracy and attention to detail Partner with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to coordinate seamless group arrivals and departures Communicate with group organizers regarding reservations, updates, and special requests Monitor room block performance and support inventory and revenue optimization Maintain accurate records, contracted rates, and reservation details within hotel systems Support administrative and reporting functions related to group bookings and hotel operations We are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
