Determine hospice eligibility and pain and symptom management. Participate in the care of the hospice patient as a member of the interdisciplinary team</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education and experience, essential</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a graduate of an approved school, and licensed as a nurse practitioner (NP) in the state in which they currently practice.</li>\n <li>Must have demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Medicare conditions of participation.</li>\n <li>Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education and experience, preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least five years nursing experience with a minimum of one year in hospice preferred.</li>\n <li>At least three years of clinical registered NP experience preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a valid state driver license</li>\n <li>Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law</li>\n <li>Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions</li>\n <li>Must possess CPR certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p><em>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
