Friday-Monday
9:30am-8:00pm
Monday-Friday
11:00am-8:00pm

What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Bonfe: Creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs.
Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication.
Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe’s reputation.
Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals.
Participate in ongoing training and career development.
