What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Installs, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at plant sites; may include equipment associated with refueling, inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components. Conducts routine field tasks, operates specialized equipment, takes measurements, extracts and compiles data regarding equipment and process performance. Develops calculations, tables, reports, and other related data, as needed. Maintains maintenance logs and certification documentation. May assist with the development of procedures required to perform equipment maintenance and operation. Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance. Works flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service. May require extensive travel to a variety of regional and remote job sites. May/Will require unescorted nuclear site access. Technical certifications to be acquired: FME200.5 IB-A FME Program Training; HPF100A.10 Human Performance Fundamentals; HMT126X.4 Hazardous Materials Training on AFMT; DOT100.3 Department of Transportation Hazmat(AFMT); FME201.1 FME Refurbishment Training; Initial Read & Affirm documents assigned in Portfolio; Generic NANTeL. What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent education. Minimum of 0 years of related experience. Basic knowledge of commonly used equipment, practices, procedures and concepts in a particular field. May require specific nuclear reactor plant maintenance qualification training and certification. Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs, as required for specific roles. Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, convey detailed technical data and work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers. Total Rewards Package Salary: $46,000 - $60,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. Health & Wellness: Multiple medical plan options, dental & vision coverage, life insurance, long- and short-term disability, and optional supplemental plans (critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, dependent life). Retirement: 401(k) with employer match. Paid Time Off: Up to 8 sick days annually and company paid holidays.
