    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><span data-live-test-rich-text-editor=\"job-description\"></span></p><p>We are currently recruiting 2<strong>&nbsp;additional Medical Science Liaisons or Senior Medical Science Liaisons across the nation: Southwest and Pacific Northwest</strong>.&nbsp;This is a unique opportunity to join a developing US Medical Affairs team, in a field-based position both covering as well as residing within one of the designated regions.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Builds and establishes strong relationships with KOLs or HCPs in psychiatry</li><li>Exhibits strong knowledge and imparts appropriate scientific exchange with healthcare community including key stakeholders across managed markets and advocacy groups&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains current therapeutic area and product knowledge relevant to ITCI, as subject matter expert</li><li>Attends and supports Medical Affairs functions at national/regional Congresses and provides timely reports</li><li>Able to interpret and effectively communicate or complex concepts including key scientific and evidence-based data that address educational and research needs</li><li>Provides timely and relevant field insights internally, from field scientific education and engagements, that enhance understanding of the scientific and clinical value of ITCI products</li><li>Responds to unsolicited health care practitioner requests through appropriate use of approved materials</li><li>Collaborates effectively and maintains appropriate communications as needed with key internal stakeholders across functional areas including Medical Affairs, Publication and Medical Information, Brand/Marketing, Clinical Development</li><li>Provides support to ITCI research initiatives and identifies business collaborations/interests regarding speaker, advisory or research/clinical expertise</li><li>Provides education and support to clinical site investigators involved in ITCI-sponsored trials, as needed</li><li>Serves as an educational and training resource within the company to medical affairs, sales and marketing colleagues</li><li>Executes on administrative tasks in a timely and compliant manner (e.g. expense reports, field activity reports, company vehicle documentation, compliance trainings and certifications)</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by the Company</li><li>Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by the Company within the required timeline</li></ul><p><strong><u>Experience/Skills/Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Advanced degree required (Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D.)</li><li>2+ years of MSL experience in CNS, neurology or psychiatry</li><li>Experience in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, Alzheimer&rsquo;s Disease or similar</li><li>Previous relevant experience in neuropsychiatric research/clinical practice and knowledge of pre-clinical/clinical aspects of drug development and approval</li><li>Prior product launch experience preferred</li><li>Effective knowledge and compliant accomplishment of responsibilities according to current pharmaceutical practice, regulatory and company guidelines (SOPs, assigned trainings)</li><li>Demonstration of robust and credible scientific expertise as well as presentations tailored to a diverse healthcare audience.</li><li>Interest in staying current on clinical data, treatment guidelines and trends, new research as well as identifies and routinely reports on knowledge/data gaps as relevant insight feedback to company</li><li>Knowledge of Medical Affairs and its role within the overarching company strategy of investigational and approved product support</li><li>Exemplary written/verbal communication as well presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including slide preparation</li><li>Ability to perform well under pressure, flexibility in supporting shifting priorities</li><li>Strong planning, prioritization and execution of tactical plans.</li><li>Demonstration of leadership skills through accomplishments and in anticipating and proactively handling challenges within role-appropriate guidelines</li><li>Flexible to changing priorities, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure</li><li>Willing to travel up to 75% of the time</li><li>Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation</li></ul><p><br></p><p>EOE</p><p></p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
