This role will be managing several parallel projects and being responsible for the deliveries to those projects, from conception to completion, according to the project plan. Is responsible for building a contact network and will have the autonomy to plan, control and report ongoing and future tasks to accomplish this function.</p><p><br></p><p>This position reports to the <u>Head of R&amp;D-Product Integrations, Sweden</u>. It is solely accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties and has authority delegated commensurate with assigned responsibilities.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:</strong></u><strong> Include</strong>, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Design ow new product adaptation requested by marketing and sales and/or OEM-customer and in close cooperation with requester, following the customers’ time plan.</li><li>Conducts field work performing 3D-scanning and measuring new tractors, prototype test fits and product audits often at or together with the customer.&nbsp;</li><li>Product maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for planning, controlling and reporting on all ongoing and future tasks.</li><li>Support JOST sales and support organization by updating the product configurator and support with cause of failure investigations within the area of reasonability.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform successfully under time pressure with several parallel projects ongoing at the same.&nbsp;</li><li>Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.</li></ul><p><u><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equal education or experience, Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 2 years previous experience in industrial design.
