Job Description Role summary: The Senior Coordinator, Plan Enrollment, plays a critical role in evaluating and ensuring compliance with government payer support programs and contract requirements. The role requires effective communication and data analysis skills to support strategic initiatives and business solutions. Collaborating across functions, we address complex challenges, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results. Emphasizing data analysis and clear communication, we work together to shape effective solutions that support business goals and promote continuous improvement. What you'll do: Evaluate government payer support programs and contract requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards. Analyze current and forecasted data to determine necessary system or operational changes and develop action plans for contract execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate contract needs and provide solution recommendations to senior leadership. Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to contract execution and coordinate related administrative tasks. Monitor program implementation, assess return on investment, and recommend improvements to meet business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business solutions and continuous improvement efforts. What you'll bring: Proven experience in evaluating and implementing government payer support programs with a focus on compliance and operational alignment. Strong data analysis skills to assess program return on investment and forecast contract requirements. Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and present complex information clearly. Ability to develop and execute strategic action plans addressing contract and program needs. Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical standards and company policies. Proficiency in building relationships and fostering teamwork to achieve business objectives. Adaptability to organizational changes and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality results.
