    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS) a Pacific Northern Environmental LLC division, is seeking a Foreman who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to provide exceptional service and skills to our company, clients, and employees.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC consists of five divisions including Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET), Taurus Power and Controls (Taurus), Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), Pacific Northern Environmental Construction (PNEC), and WasteXpress Environmental (WXE). Together, we specialize in commercial and petroleum construction, industrial and commercial electrical, industrial cleaning, and hazardous waste disposal. PNE LLC is a multi-state organization with operating offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii. In addition, we carry out projects across the United States.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CCS provides industrial cleaning and spill response to almost every pulp and paper mill in the Pacific Northwest. We also service major oil companies and a wide range of manufacturing and industrial clients. CCS has demonstrated its ability to complete large and complex industrial cleaning challenges on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the most stringent industrial health &amp; safety programs. No industrial cleaning job is too large or too small for CCS.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Foreman is responsible for assisting the Department Manager in pre-field duties, communicating with customers, completing daily project paperwork and assisting on-site teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience Qualifications </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License required, CDL A with Tanker Endorsement and ability to drive manual commerical vehicle preferred.</li>\n<li>Must be able to be insured under company insurance program</li>\n<li>Must be 18 years or older.</li>\n<li>3-5 years of successful experience in field management and managing projects as well as managing health and safety for mobile workforce.</li>\n<li>Experience in bulk disposal and hazardous waste handling.</li>\n<li>2-3 years of experience in confined space entry and rescue preferred.</li>\n<li>1-year minimum supervisory experience</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage projects within budget while continually identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.</li>\n<li>Comfortable interfacing with clients to maintain, grow, and strengthen business relationships.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p>The Foreman possessing the education and experience listed above performs the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating work according to priorities and plans.</li>\n<li>Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required for job duties, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies</li>\n<li>Must maintain the ability drive company vehicles.</li>\n<li>Producing scheduled and monitor attendance of crew.</li>\n<li>Allocating general and daily responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.</li>\n<li>Monitor expenditure and projects to ensure the remain within budget.</li>\n<li>Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably when they arise.</li>\n<li>Assist department manager in duties, such as but not limited to scheduling, estimates and bidding, daily safety and customer paperwork, complete and submit change orders, team management, safety, inventory etc.</li>\n<li>Provide exceptional professionalism and customer service.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions and Physical Requirements </span></p>\n<p>The candidate must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Move about the jobsite as needed.</li>\n<li>Move work related equipment up to 50lbs.</li>\n<li>Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.</li>\n<li>Operate various technological devices.</li>\n<li>Occasionally ascend/descend ladders and/or stairs.</li>\n<li>Exchange accurate information.</li>\n<li>Maintain respirator fit test and be clean shaven.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employee Benefit Program</span></p>\n<p>Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC presently provides coverage for:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision options with low premiums for employees and eligible dependents</li>\n<li>Life AD&amp;D - Voluntary and Company paid.</li>\n<li>Specialty RX programs.</li>\n<li>Group AFLAC options – Hospital, Critical, Accident and short-term Disability Plans</li>\n<li>Pre-Tax Flexible Savings Account (FSA)</li>\n<li>Pre-Tax Dependent Care Savings Account (DCSA)</li>\n<li>Telehealth by Teladoc.</li>\n<li>401(k) with discretionary annual company matching contributions.</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n<li>Paid Trainings and Certifications</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li>Paid Holiday for qualifying employees</li>\n<li>Up to $2,000 per year profit sharing for qualifying employees</li>\n<li>Annual company events</li>\n<li>Safety Incentives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please apply directly – <a href=\"https://pneco.bamboohr.com/careers/313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://pneco.bamboohr.com/careers/313</a></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>***Not open to outside recruiters***</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
