    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As the Analyst, Management working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will support Data Analytics and Information Management tasking. We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government</li>\n <li>Define the nature and extent of problems</li>\n <li>Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures</li>\n <li>Interview managers and employees while observing their operations</li>\n <li>Develop solutions to problems</li>\n <li>In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture</li>\n <li>Prepare and solve mathematical models</li>\n <li>Report findings and recommendations to the Government</li>\n <li>Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common</li>\n <li>For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years professional experience </li>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance</li>\n <li>10% travel </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years professional experience </li>\n</ul>",
