      "content": "\n<li>Perform onsite diagnostic and repair work on heavy-duty commercial vehicles.</li>\n<li>Utilize OEM diagnostic software and tools (Cummins, PACCAR, Snap-on, JPRO, ECT) to efficiently identify and resolve issues.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate with fleet managers or clients as needed.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.</li>\n<li>Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times.</li>\n<li>Perform professional repair and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and service aftertreatment systems, including troubleshooting emissions-related issues.</li>\n<li>Inspect, repair, and maintain disc and shoe brake systems.</li>\n<li>Perform transmission and clutch maintenance or replacements as required.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and repair suspension components to ensure proper vehicle performance and safety.</li>\n<li>Complete tire and wheel maintenance, including inspections, replacements, and related repairs.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and service air conditioning systems to ensure proper operation.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and vehicle lighting.</li>\n<li>Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work on service orders.</li>\n<li>Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.</li>\n<li>Communicate repair findings and recommendations with shop leadership or service management.</li>\n"
