    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Pay:</span> $3,600.00 per 12 weeks</p>\n<p>Job description:</p>\n<p>This is an adjunct position. Course hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4pm-9pm. This is a 12 week course. Classes are held at Boardman Training Center. You MUST be located in Boardman, OH or be able to drive to the location.<br><br></p>\n<p><span>Purpose: </span>The main objective of this position is to effectively, competently and efficiently facilitate learning and testing of competencies of all students assigned to the Instructors course.<br><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications (Required):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3+ years experience working in the field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certification in Clinical Medical Assisting (CCMA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Familiarity with Medical Assisting duties</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Qualifications (Preferred):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Medical Terminology</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide instruction</li>\n<li>Facilitate student</li>\n<li>Assess students' competencies</li>\n<li>Enforces rules and regulations; maintains discipline; utilizes effective time management for instruction</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and orderly area</li>\n<li>Provide feedback on course or program development and/or enhancement</li>\n<li>Build instructor-student and student-student relationships</li>\n<li>Identify at-risk students; provide them extra support, instruction, and attention; and notify the Director</li>\n<li>Attend faculty meetings</li>\n<li>Remain current in field of instruction to provide relevant student feedback and credible input to course updating and development<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>The Institution prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates.
