Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assess children using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessment as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure that medical record documentation protocols are complied with. Ensures that patients&rsquo; progress notes are entered into the medical records on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Participate in education and training programs for patients, families, or community groups.</li>\n\t<li>Responsible for choosing and implementing an appropriate assessment tool</li>\n\t<li>A caseload of approximately 8 to 10 clients is to be maintained (minimum of 25 billable hours/ week)</li>\n\t<li>Managing, supervising, mentoring and developing a team of approximately 10 RBTs</li>\n\t<li>Complete RBT competency checks</li>\n\t<li>Conducting weekly caregiver trainings</li>\n\t<li>Conducting weekly meetings with staff</li>\n\t<li>Providing supervision to Behavior Technicians &amp; RBTs</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge of CentralReach is a must</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job Description &amp; Expectations</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Updating and maintaining appropriate programming for clients</li>\n\t<li>Doing 6-month Plan of Cares and corresponding insurance calls (must follow company standard&nbsp;due dates)</li>\n\t<li>Complete all intakes within 3 business days of the evaluations</li>\n\t<li>Work as part of an interdisciplinary team with Speech, OT and Special Education to provide the most comprehensive treatment possible.</li>\n\t<li>Respond to maladaptive behaviors throughout the day and ensure that BIPs are in place and staff are trained on how to implement them.</li>\n\t<li>Reporting any disciplinary actions that are needed for an RBT or Behavior technician to the Center Manager or Director of Operations. Any disciplinary action beyond a verbal warning or attendance should be conducted with the Center Manager.</li>\n\t<li>Inform Center Manager of materials needed for purchase</li>\n\t<li>Defuse challenging situations that might arise among staff and parents</li>\n\t<li>Conduct weekly parent trainings and routine correspondence with parents</li>\n\t<li>Supervise BCBA candidates as they work toward the exam</li>\n\t<li>Must be resposive to clinical teams and leadership within 24 hours max</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Must be currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board. Individuals who have recently completed their Master&#39;s Degree and are waiting to take the BACB exam will be considered on an individual basis.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).</li>\n\t<li>Obtain and maintain in good standing certification commiserate with treatment provided.</li>\n\t<li>Training and clinical experience in providing applied behavior analysis to children and families. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders preferred.</li>\n\t<li>Analytical skills necessary in order to synthesize a variety of clinical and social data to determine appropriate diagnosis, treatment plan and monitor effectiveness of treatment programs.</li>\n\t<li>Two years of postgraduate clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.</li>\n\t<li>Preferred for you to have taken the 8-hour supervisory course.
