    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;line-height:normal;' id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;line-height:normal;'>Responsible for implementing and upholding Environmental, Health and Safety programs at the facility to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and Company Policies.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;line-height:normal;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;line-height:normal;'><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Implement and monitor Environmental, Health, and Safety by providing leadership and training programs to employees. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Develop, plan, and coordinate all record-keeping, reporting, and training for all corporate, state and federal health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Lead the facility to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and Company Policies in EHS areas including all recordkeeping.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Conduct and lead Safety Committee Meetings. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of Safety Inspections, Safety Observations, and Task Forces.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Administer and monitor the facility wide safety program and recommend methods to ensure employee participation and the implementation of a successful Safety Culture.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Implement established Process Safety Management program.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Manage the worker&rsquo;s compensation program.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Implement, monitor, and enhance Injury and Illness Prevention Program. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Manage the Incident Investigation Program and ensure that all safety work orders, and safety improvements are being addressed and completed per required deadlines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Lead and maintain environmental regulatory programs, facility&rsquo;s permits, and other local, state, and federal environmental requirements. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;color:black;\">Provides a &ldquo;Customer Service&rdquo;
