    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Primary Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a point of contact for Clients and Investors as it relates to transfer agency matters.</li>\n<li>Responsible for processing investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for your client’s book.</li>\n<li>Review of due diligence documents and liaise with investors/clients for missing KYC and work in conjunction with our KYC team on your client book at investment stage.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades.</li>\n<li>Ensure release of trade confirmations, contract notes and account statements by agreed deadline.</li>\n<li>Maintain of shareholder files and investor records.</li>\n<li>Be Client focused and strive to provide excellence in the service to Investors, internal and external Clients.</li>\n<li>Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled.</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Qualifications Required:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration operations role is preferred but not essential.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and a truly client servicing mindset.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork Committed to self-improvement.</li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under high pressure.</li>\n<li>Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines.</li>\n<li>Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)</li>\n<li>Fluent in English, fluency in any other language would be advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
