Established in 1997 as a software company, LG-TEK has since grown to include all facets of system/software development and life cycle support, networking, training, linguistic support, facility planning and physical and personal security.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A woman/minority/veteran-owned business, LG-TEK has proven itself as a leader by providing a consistent track record of excellent performance, as well as by providing high-quality services to business and government customers.</p>\n<p>LG-TEK strives to continuously expand and improve our capabilities to best meet customer requirements. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirements</strong>:  Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph (TS/SCI + poly)</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Skills:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of experience in TechSIGINT / SIGINT operations providing Subject Matter Expertise.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years' experience in a formal classroom setting in the following operations related topics:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Curriculum Development</li>\n  <li>Course Delivery/Instruction</li>\n  <li>Operational TechSIGINT </li>\n  <li>Ability to apply adult learning principles, theories, and practices using blended learning approach</li>\n  <li>Ability to facilitate discussion</li>\n  <li>Ability to incorporate real-world experiences into the learning environment</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p>Desired Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Instructor certification or designation (e.g. teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, or adjunct faculty certification)</li>\n <li>5 years of experience in curriculum development and design</li>\n <li>5 years of experience providing TechSIGINT and/or SIGINT training to professionals</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study; in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.</p>",
