This position involves daily cleaning, facility, upkeep, light repairs, and general maintenance tasks throughout the school and surrounding grounds.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p>· Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming as needed.</p><p>· Perform routine maintenance and repair work such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs and minor plumbing, electrical or carpentry tasks.</p><p>· Set up and break down spaces for school events, assemblies and meetings.</p><p>· Ensure grounds and entryways are clean, safe and free from debris or snow.</p><p>· Organize maintenance supplies and equipment; notify the Director of Facilities when stock needs replenishing.</p><p>· Assist with deliveries, moving furniture and other manual tasks as requested.</p><p>· Follow safety procedures and maintain a secure facility.</p><p>· Indoor and outdoor tasks as assigned.</p>",
