    "description": "<p>Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone that will support our mission within budget.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position executes cybersecurity-focused project support and subscriber alignment activities for the CSSP, including standards compliance, reporting, sustainment transition, and CORA scheduling/readiness tracking across all supported sites. This position will be based in Adelphi, MD, with occasional remote work.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will you be doing?</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will be a key member of the Mission Support Team. Duties include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support IT and cybersecurity projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout to meet technical and mission objectives.</li>\n<li>Ensure work aligns with applicable cybersecurity/IT standards, frameworks, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to define requirements, resolve issues, and deliver outcomes within scope and schedule.</li>\n<li>Assist with budgets, schedules, quality planning, and project documentation in partnership with Financial Analysts and Quality Assurance.</li>\n<li>Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting using qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess operational effectiveness and service delivery performance.</li>\n<li>Support non-traditional subscriber alignment end-to-end (e.g., TEMs, solution development, procurement coordination, configuration, delivery) and transition to sustainment for operational services and renewal.</li>\n<li>Track and coordinate CORA scheduling for all CSSP sites in accordance with CSSP timeframes/inspection schedules, and report CORA readiness status to customer sites and the C5ISR Center CSSP.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>This position will require the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree required (related field preferred), with 8 yrs experience or 10 yrs of additional relevant experience</li>\n<li>DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance Required</li>\n<li>Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize various tasks and assignments in a dense environment to meet defined and/or undefined deliverables.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in delivering concise briefs and reports to large groups and senior leaders, with strong communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts.</li>\n<li>Possess expertise in cloud technology, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, services, and best practices relevant to cybersecurity.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, to efficiently manage and prioritize high volumes of email communication, ensuring timely responses and effective correspondence management.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Army and DoD policies influencing the cybersecurity community, ensuring compliance and alignment with relevant regulations and directives.</li>\n<li>Utilize project management principles and methodologies (PMI) to effectively plan, execute, and complete tasks, ensuring efficient project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction</li>\n<li>Preferred experience in using Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce.</li>\n<li>Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English</li>\n<li>Must be a US Citizen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p>Read about our benefits here: <a href=\"https://nam11.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.utrs.com%2Four-benefits%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Ckselfridge%40utrs.com%7C47f934c95643425cb9a008dce7d48b3a%7C0a69be4bc2f741aaaef01a021fbaf824%7C1%7C0%7C638640147250945182%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=L54%2F0Uqp5jEUVg95CoBfwNzNqTUGPY%2FjP3Ecw8jcmzg%3D&amp;reserved=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Our Benefits - UTRS | Thinking Forward</a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>UTRS is an Equal Opportunity employer.
