This role ensures orders are processed accurately, inventory records are maintained, and shipments go out on time. The position also helps coordinate workflow and support the shipping team.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Valid Nebraska driver&rsquo;s license with a good driving record.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Strong computer skills with experience using inventory or ERP systems required.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&bull; Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Good communication and organizational skills.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Duties:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Help oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely shipments.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Prepare and process incoming and outgoing shipments according to order requirements.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Verify part counts, quantities, and descriptions against shipping and receiving documents.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Enter and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory information in the ERP system.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Print labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal departments.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Help prioritize daily shipping tasks and support workflow within the department.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Train and support team members on shipping procedures as needed.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Support other warehouse and inventory functions as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Paid holidays<br>&nbsp;&bull; Vacation<br>&nbsp;&bull; Health, dental, and vision insurance plans<br>&nbsp;&bull; 401k retirement plan with company match</p>\n",
