    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Mid Level IAMD Training Specialist</strong> to support our <strong>Colorado Springs, CO</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a Mid Level Integrated Air and Missile Defense Training Specialist to support our Colorado Springs, CO location. Candidate will support curriculum development, curriculum maintenance, and the initial and sustainment training. Candidate will obtain and maintain JBTEC instructor qualifications and teach in discipline areas in which he or she has specific training and competence. When assigned, serve as a Course Manager and or Focused Area Manager, developing and maintaining appropriate courseware. Additionally, candidate will plan, lead and execute Mobile Training Team (MTT) responsibilities to locations world-wide. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated instructional experience and/or operational experience in the IAMD field.</li>\n <li>Understanding of DoD Training and Doctrine policies and issues for Joint IAMD. </li>\n <li>Space and missile warning experience </li>\n <li>Training/instructor experience </li>\n <li>ISD / ADDIE structure and processes, courseware development & management </li>\n <li>Travel: 10-25 %</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>Must currently hold a security clearance at the <strong>Secret</strong> level initially and be able to obtain <strong>TS/SCI</strong>. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Top Secret/SCI clearance at this location.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors degree or be a certified instructor from a military service or civilian institution. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Job Requirements</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. </li>\n <li>Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time. </li>\n <li>Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Space, missile warning and/or Integrated Air and Missile Defense experience on CCMD or Joint Staff </li>\n <li>Assignments in NMCC, GOC, JOC, AOC, MOC, JTAGS with Missile Warning duties </li>\n <li>Familiarization in one of the following: Space or Command center operations </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Estimated Time To Hire:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>July 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits offered can be found here: Benefits PeopleTec.
