          "text": "<p>As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, media filtration, wastewater, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF).</p><p><strong>Key Characteristics&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct maintenance and calibration activities</p></li><li><p>Consult with customer management and operation teams</p></li><li><p>Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications</p></li><li><p>Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance</p></li></ul><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed</p></li><li><p>Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts</p></li><li><p>Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems</p></li><li><p>Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements</p></li><li><p>Enter and complete&#xa0; work orders&#xa0; in Maintenance Program (MaintainX)</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></p><p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li><p>2 years of experience in Industrial, oil field, refineries, chemical plants</p></li><li><p>Electrical, chemical, and/or&#xa0; mechanical experience&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting)</p></li><li><p>Able to lift 50lbs</p></li></ul>",
