Develop and support delivery of a 2030 Net Zero Buildings roadmap
Assist in establishing an embodied carbon database (TM65 → LCAs → EPDs progression)
Coordinate planning and delivery of community projects aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Support waste reduction initiatives, particularly plastics and hazardous waste
Governance, Reporting & Compliance
Lead compilation of data for monthly A3 Plans
Deliver monthly management information reports covering environmental, waste, sustainability, and financial performance metrics
Manage annual SECR data reporting (including ClearVUE automation)
Ensure insights from the ClearVUE energy and carbon platform are actively reviewed and acted upon
Maintain and annually update the Sustainability Questionnaire FAQ document
Provide input into quarterly Global PP meetings and LDW Sustainability Reviews
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Establish, facilitate, and lead monthly UK & EMEA PP meetings
Ensure timely completion of actions arising from PP meetings
Act as the “go-to” sustainability expert for the EMEA Managing Director and country leadership teams
Champion sustainability engagement campaigns in collaboration with local and regional teams
Provide guidance on emerging sustainability trends and regulatory developments across EMEA
Advise on risks associated with new legislation and recommend mitigation strategies
Commercial & Sales Enablement
Support the sales organisation in leveraging sustainability to drive revenue growth
Work with sales teams and customers to align on sustainability targets and solutions
Contribute to achieving sustainability-related sales targets
Assist Finance with the placement of annual energy contracts, ensuring alignment with sustainability objectives
Marketing & Communications
Support marketing in delivering sustainability content, including social media updates, case studies, and webinars
Promote internal and external awareness of sustainability initiatives and achievements
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Sustainability, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related roles
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g., SECR, GRI)

Technical Skills
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Experience with sustainability reporting tools and platforms (e.g., ClearVUE or equivalent)
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
Understanding of carbon accounting, embodied carbon, and lifecycle assessment methodologies
Ability (or willingness to attain within three years) to achieve a recognised credential such as PMP, LEED AP, BREEAM AP, Certified Energy Manager, or LCA Certified Professional

Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver against deadlines
