    "description": "<p>The Field Superintendent oversees day-to-day operations on tile and stone installation projects. This role involves managing field operations, supervising labor, ensuring the quality of work, and maintaining a safe and productive job site. The Field Superintendent works closely with the Senior Field Superintendent to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to Brekhus’s high standards of quality and safety.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Operations &amp; Site Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Senior Field Superintendent in overseeing and managing field operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Supervise daily activities on the job site, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and according to specifications.</li>\n<li>Coordinate the work of Installers and Junior Installers, ensuring optimal use of workforce and resources.</li>\n<li>Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and proper work practices.</li>\n<li>Assist with tile and stone installation tasks as needed to support field operations and maintain project progress.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Coordination:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direction to field personnel, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and addressing issues as they arise.</li>\n<li>Assist with the training and development of field personnel, ensuring they adhere to Brekhus’ standards of performance, quality, and safety.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Senior Field Superintendent to ensure smooth communication across all team members and subcontractors on-site.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Control &amp; Safety:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Senior Field Superintendent in monitoring the quality of work on the job site, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.</li>\n<li>Enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety checks and addressing safety concerns immediately.</li>\n<li>Promote a culture of safety by leading by example and holding team members accountable for maintaining a safe work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Coordination &amp; Communication:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate project updates to the Senior Field Superintendent, keeping them informed of any issues, progress, or changes on-site.</li>\n<li>Assist with the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</li>\n<li>Maintain effective communication with the Project Manager/Estimator and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and adjust schedules as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Reporting:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Help maintain accurate records of daily jobsite activities, including progress reports, timesheets, material usage, and work orders.</li>\n<li>Submit DAILY Job Report with Raken or system being used by specific project, RFI’s and other job sire requests with Project Manager</li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, ensuring that all reports are submitted accurately and on time.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scheduling &amp; Resource Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Help manage daily labor schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project requirements.</li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure that necessary materials and tools are available on-site for the team to perform their work.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client &amp; Subcontractor Relations:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and project success.</li>\n<li>Address client or subcontractor concerns and communicate any project changes or delays.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years of experience in a field supervision role in the construction industry, with a focus on tile and stone installation.</li>\n<li>Experience managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations on job sites.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage a team, coordinate resources, and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety practices, and industry standards.</li>\n<li>Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.</li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Raken, SAGE100, Project, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent is preferred.</li>\n<li>Tile &amp;
