We currently have an opportunity for a <strong>Environmental Health and Safety Manager</strong> at our manufacturing plant in Carrolton,TX.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<p>The Environmental Health & Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that ensure a safe and healthy work environment while also protecting the environment. This includes creating and enforcing policies, conducting safety audits, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. EHS Managers also play a key role in training employees, investigating incidents, and developing emergency response plans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager policies, procedures, and programs.</li>\n <li>Maintain updated OSHA and EPA required written programs and develop/conduct training as necessary.</li>\n <li>Oversee the reporting and investigations of any potential injury, accident, and/or health and safety related issues.</li>\n <li>Oversee the necessary environmental, health, and safety training to support and enhance the organization’s safety culture.</li>\n <li>Develop and deploy policies, procedures, programs to support best-practice and identify best-practices with the Reynold’s system.</li>\n <li>Provide communication and training to plant management, establish and maintain communications, reporting, assessments, training programs, and guidance.</li>\n <li>Work with Corporate EHS departments and provide prioritized direction and technical expertise to the engineering organizations or contractors in implementing EHS projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ultimately, you will not only maintain our safety culture, but you will also make an impact on people and the environment by proactively promoting EHS laws and regulations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will love it here if…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You put safety first, always</li>\n <li>You listen, learn, and evolve</li>\n <li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals</li>\n <li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity</li>\n <li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>We need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or technical discipline or related field.</li>\n <li>5-7+ years of progressive and related professional Health and Safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.</li>\n <li>Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.</li>\n <li>Well-developed leadership and motivational skills with proven ability to influence and motivate others to quickly achieve results.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must be team-oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.</li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Icing on the cake:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certifications in Health & Safety.</li>\n <li>MBA or Master’s degree.</li>\n <li>Environmental experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Want to know more?
