If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.</li><li>Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.</li><li>Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.</li><li>Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Roles and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">We are hiring a physical therapist to join our growing Pediatric Rehabilitation team in Muncie to provide services for children ages birth to 13.&nbsp; &nbsp;The therapist will join a large, experienced team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs.
