Provide psychosocial support to patients and their family members. (only applicable to Cancer Center) Organize and facilitate support group programs for Chinese-speaking patients in collaboration with the Cancer Center teams. (only applicable to Cancer Center) Liaise with the Asian Outreach department in order to troubleshoot challenging patient issues.
