You will make a difference at Dial by not only adding years to resident&#39;s lives, but life to their years.</span></span></span></span></div><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><br></span></span></span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Overview:&nbsp;</strong>Clean assigned areas according to established policies and procedures.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Housekeeping (Public Areas)</strong></p><ul><li>Clean common areas as scheduled.</li><li>Clean occasional stains/spots, as needed.</li><li>Clean public restrooms daily.&nbsp;</li><li>Wash windows in public areas quarterly or more often, as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Housekeeping (Individual Units)</strong></p><ul><li>Clean designated apartments weekly as directed.</li><li>Clean occasional stains/spots, as needed.</li><li>Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident.</li><li>Assist with exterior window washing twice a year.</li></ul><p><strong>Housekeeping (General)</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure a safe living environment for residents.</li><li>Report concerns or observation about residents to supervisor.</li><li>Report needed supplies and/or equipment repairs to supervisor.</li><li>Respond to requests from residents and staff promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Empty trash containers on a regularly scheduled basis and as needed.</li><li>Assist in serving meals and/or bussing tables, as needed.</li><li>Attend staff and in-service meetings.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, community operations and personnel.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education, Experience and Other Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school graduate or GED</li><li>Must be age 18 or older</li><li>Experience with cleaning occupied apartments, hotel cleaning, or long-term care facilities</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.</li></ul><ul><li>Lifting arms above head to reach and clean shelves, ledges, and windows</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Familiar with general cleaning procedures</li><li>Willingness to learn and help others</li><li>Enjoyment in working with older adults</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n<br/>Full-time, day, weekends<br/>#IND",
