    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Production Associates</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Snap-on Tool Storage plant located in Algona, Iowa is looking for Production Associates.</p>\n<p>Wages start at $23.20 with increases every 30 days worked until you reach top pay of $26.73.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Typically openings are on 2nd and 3rd shift, with occasional 1st shift openings.\n  <ul>\n   <li>1st shift hours are 7am to 3pm with overtime worked between 5am and 7am</li>\n   <li>2nd shift hours are 3pm to 11pm with overtime worked between 11pm and 1am</li>\n   <li>3rd shift hours are 11pm to 7am with overtime worked between 9pm and 11pm</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Overtime is paid after 8 hours/day and on Saturdays </strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ideal candidates will have:\n  <ul>\n   <li>A high school education</li>\n   <li>Be able to work in a fast pace environment and repetitively handle 5 to 35 lbs.</li>\n   <li>Follow verbal and written work instructions</li>\n   <li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment</li>\n   <li>Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required</li>\n   <li>Regular attendance is required for success</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Previous newly hired associates are typically assigned to the following positions:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assembly- assemble and pack tool storage units</li>\n <li>Welding- form (bend) and spot weld metal components</li>\n <li>Painter Helper- hang and remove parts from the paint line and material handling of loads to and from line</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Medical, dental, vision and 401K after one month of service.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Snap-on is located in beautiful Algona, Iowa.
