    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Ripley Entertainment Inc.</p><p>Physical Job Description</p><p>Food &amp; Beverage &ndash; Food Service Cashier/Food Prep</p><p>Page 1 of 1</p><p>Department/Division/Section: Food &amp; Beverage &ndash; Food Service Cashier/Food Prep</p><p>Job Summary/Essential Functions: The Food &amp; Beverage Cashier/Food Prep position is responsible for</p><p>ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience by providing quality food and superior customer</p><p>service. Associates will operate a POS system for sales transactions while properly handling cash and</p><p>credit transactions. When not actively assisting guests with food choices, associates are required to</p><p>prepare the varying food items through cold and hot preparation. This position reports directly to the</p><p>Feeding Frenzy Supervisor and the Director of Food &amp; Beverage.</p><p>Overview</p><p>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:</p><p>&bull; Perform cash handling and customer transaction processing.</p><p>&bull; Perform duties as requested by the Executive Chef or Feeding Frenzy Supervisor to ensure that</p><p>proper levels of food production are maintained (i.e. pizza, sandwiches, salads, sliced meats,</p><p>cheeses, fruits, etc.).</p><p>&bull; Maintain work areas as well as the surrounding areas, which include the dining room, in a clean</p><p>and sanitary manner within company and health department standards.</p><p>&bull; Make sure that counter displays are well stocked and maintain them in that fashion throughout the</p><p>entire shift</p><p>&bull; Assist any area within the food department to ensure guest satisfaction.</p><p>&bull; May assist in performing a monthly inventory.</p><p>&bull; Assist fellow employees whenever needed.</p><p>Physical Requirements:</p><p>&bull; Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.</p><p>&bull; Must be able to manipulate and work with kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, sinks,</p><p>dishwashers and various cooking implements without impediment.</p><p>&bull; Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable</p><p>accommodation.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><p>&bull; 1-3 years experience in restaurant hosting or cashiering, preferably in an Attractions/Amusement</p><p>setting.</p><p>&bull; Proven cash handling responsibilities.</p><p>&bull; Friendly, courteous and well-mannered.</p><p>&bull; Excellent communications skills.</p><p>Language: Fluent in English</p></div>\n",
