    "description": "<p><span>Ford of Helena is looking for someone who would be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and correcting vehicle wheel alignment issues to ensure safe vehicle operation, proper tire wear, and optimal driving performance. This position requires proficiency in alignment equipment, suspension systems, steering components, and tire service procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform four-wheel and front-end alignments on passenger vehicles, light trucks, and SUVs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Inspect suspension, steering, and chassis components for wear or damage.</span></li>\n<li><span>Diagnose alignment-related issues, including uneven tire wear, steering pull, vibration, and handling concerns.</span></li>\n<li><span>Adjust camber, caster, and toe settings according to manufacturer specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct vehicle safety inspections and recommend necessary repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Operate computerized alignment equipment and maintain accurate service records.</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors and customers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous experience in tire service, wheel alignment, automotive repair, or a related field preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of suspension, steering, and braking systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to operate alignment machines, tire changers, and wheel balancers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying shop conditions for extended periods.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to safely operate shop equipment and motor vehicles.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Certifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>ASE Certification (A4 Suspension &amp; Steering) preferred but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manufacturer-specific training or alignment certifications are a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>",
