Ownership of this position delivers the high standard of customer service necessary to maintain the overall Patient Experience while adhering to our Mission and Core Values.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">&bull; Collaborate with Patient Services Supervisor (PSS) in all aspects of training, staffing and functionality while providing substantial and valuable feedback.<br>&bull; Satisfy all mandatory training requirements as assigned and provided by the Patient Services Supervisor (PSS) via various training tools.<br>&bull; Sustain the execution and flow of the patient schedule to provide the best Patient Experience while fostering a team environment.<br>&bull; Substitutes the management of front operations in the absence of Patient Services Supervisor PSS.<br>&bull; Performs a variety of detail-oriented administrative tasks that anticipate the needs of the team and patients alike.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by the people assigned to this job.
