Master's degree required.</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>:&nbsp;Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred. Prior experience in Pain Medicine, Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Anesthesiology, Primary Care, or a related specialty is preferred. Experience evaluating and managing patients with acute and chronic pain conditions is desirable.</li><li><strong>Payer Credentialing:</strong> Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor</li><li><strong>Medical Staff Credentialing:&nbsp;</strong>Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Prior APP experience in Neurosciences, Pain Medicine, Spine or Psychiatry.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
