Must be knowledgeable and be willing to comply with plant safety rules and departmental safety practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong decision-making skills.</li>\n <li>Problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Must be knowledgeable about all phases of the Finishing Plant production processes.</li>\n <li>Leadership, teamwork, and coaching skills are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong verbal communications skills.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills.</li>\n <li>Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude.</li>\n <li>Good work attendance is required (less than four attendance points).</li>\n <li>Adhere to and support company quality, environmental, health & safety, and certification standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016, and ASI Certifications, where applicable.</li>\n</ul> Required Qualifications:\n<ul>\n <li>.
