Our members are para-educators, administrative staff, food service, bus drivers and employees in IT, grounds, maintenance and operations.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Examples of duties:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Deliver high-impact modules, webinars or workshops at meetings and conferences</li>\n\t<li>Develop, coach and mentor leaders, members and staff</li>\n\t<li>Train and certify members and staff to deliver modules</li>\n\t<li>Identify training and development needs through root cause and gap analyses</li>\n\t<li>Research and write content</li>\n\t<li>Manage projects with defined objectives, deliverables and timelines</li>\n\t<li>Evaluate impact of training</li>\n\t<li>Prepare status reports and updates</li>\n\t<li>Act as change agent</li>\n\t<li>Align training activities with CSEA initiatives</li>\n\t<li>May be assigned to other tasks and/or special projects as needed</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Requirements and experience:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Three years experience as a trainer or facilitator</li>\n\t<li>A Bachelor&#39;s degree in a subject that still excites you</li>\n\t<li>ATD certification in Leadership Development programs is perfect</li>\n\t<li>Experience with instructional design, webinars and learning management systems and a flair for graphics and visuals are a plus</li>\n\t<li>Experience designing blended learning programs is highly valued</li>\n\t<li>Self-starter with initiative and sound judgment</li>\n\t<li>Super communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n\t<li>Be cool under pressure</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrated commitment to service</li>\n\t<li>Ability to keep sensitive information confidential</li>\n\t<li>Ability to travel overnight and work occasional weekends</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>This position is located in San Jose, CA and titled Member Education/Staff Development Representative within CSEA. We have 12 offices in California with approximately 300 dedicated employees. A complete list of offices and locations is on our website.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>The salary range for the Member Education/Staff Development Representative is $86,950 - $119,890.
