With more than 1 million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits, and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>Seasonal </strong><strong>Guest Access Supervisor</strong> who will play a crucial part in creating our 2026 US OPEN team!</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform duties and responsibilities under the direction of the US Open Director of Security</li>\n <li>Report to the Guest Access Area Director</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with all Staff and Guests</li>\n <li>Perform daily duties with a positive demeanor</li>\n <li>Engage with Staff in a positive and effective manner</li>\n <li>Implement and enforce all safety and security procedures in a professional manner</li>\n <li>Maintain proper deployment assignment sheets</li>\n <li>Coordinate all Staff post assignments and manage Staff accordingly to ensure that Staff are posted at all appropriate locations</li>\n <li>Ensure Staff are briefed on their post assignment responsibilities</li>\n <li>Ensure that staffed are issued portable radios, where designated</li>\n <li>Manage all Staff breaks effectively</li>\n <li>Report any shortages of Staff to the Guest Access Area Director</li>\n <li>Maintain control for all areas so that only approved Staff and Guests gaining access to these sensitive locations</li>\n <li>Report to Guest Access Area Director any potential issues or concerns</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess the ability to effectively communicate with others</li>\n <li>Possess prior experience in managing or supervising staff</li>\n <li>Maintain a working knowledge for operating a portable ratio</li>\n <li>Maintain a working knowledge for each position assignment for Guest Access locations</li>\n <li>Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends, and extended hours</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of <strong>$21.00</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Uniforms:</strong> Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Daily Meal Allowance:</strong> A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Exciting Work Environment:</strong> Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Come One, Come All</strong></h2>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!</p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p>",
