    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Surveyor I</p><p><strong>Division:&nbsp;</strong>FiOptix Inc</p><p><strong>FSLA Status</strong>: &nbsp;Non-Exempt</p><p><strong>Reports To:&nbsp;</strong>Engineering Manager</p><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>This position is responsible for conducting site surveys and audits to ensure the successful design and build of a project. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Perform site surveys and audits&nbsp;</li><li>Create and present site survey and audit data&nbsp;</li><li>Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features&nbsp;</li><li>Build maps, sketches, charts, and other prepare other project information, such as address listings, bill of materials, pictures, and cost estimates&nbsp;</li><li>Identify network and review proposed methods of construction to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Identify issues or obstacles preventing a successful network installation</li><li>Collaborate with internal staff on project scope and progress&nbsp;</li><li>Resolve customer issues accurately and timely&nbsp;</li><li>Review project schedules and maintain material tracking data</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
