The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in changing and setting up injection molds. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Day to Day:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform mold changes, setups, and adjustments on injection molding machines.</li><li>Ensure molds are properly installed and aligned for optimal performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mold changes and setups.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of mold changes and machine settings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address mold-related issues and improve processes.</li><li>Provide training and support to junior technicians and operators as needed.</li><li>Help develop and write procedures and standardized work instructions.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Would Love About You:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in injection mold changing.</li><li>Proficiency in mold setup, changeover, and adjustment procedures.</li><li>Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of 5S, PDCA, SMED, Kaizen and other key principles in the Toyota Production System (TPS) and continuous improvement</li></ul><p><em><strong>About SnapLock Industries</strong></em></p><p>SnapLock is an industry lead in the manufacturing of modular flooring systems.
