In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage a crew of solar installers, ensure installations meet quality and safety standards, and serve as the on-site point of contact for customers and project coordination. font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate daily job site activities including material staging, equipment setup, and crew task assignments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Install, wire, and commission residential photovoltaic (PV) solar energy systems per engineering plans, NEC code, and manufacturer specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform roof penetrations, racking/mounting system assembly, module layout, conduit runs, and electrical connections</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct pre-installation site assessments and post-installation quality inspections</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
