Additionally, the opportunity to mentor and help grow the team adds a valuable leadership component to the role. &nbsp;In sum, this role is a great fit for someone who is both technically skilled and interested in team development.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <strong>hybrid role </strong>working out of our Charlotte, NC office, where employees and supervisors collaborate to establish an in- and out-of-office schedule that “works” for all involved.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization.</li><li>Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships including periodic client meetings, proposal and budget development, and obtaining feedback in conjunction with Marketing and Practice Area teammates.</li><li>Prepare agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications and construction cost estimates.</li><li>Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions.</li><li>Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members to achieve the goals and strategies for the Practice Area. &nbsp;Actively encourage career development, training and career path planning for all of your direct teammates.</li></ul><p><strong>Why WR?</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>WithersRavenel</strong> is looking for people who are passionate about collaboration, community, and client success.
