enhance the organization’s hybrid infrastructure environment, resolving technical problems, addressing operational issues, and providing advanced technical expertise as required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Under the direction of the Manager, design, implement, secure, maintain, and manage 24x7x365 Azure infrastructure systems and related components.</li>\n <li>Provide advanced administration and support for servers, networks, and associated systems to ensure high availability and performance.</li>\n <li>Develop strategies for infrastructure implementations and architect solutions to support organizational goals.</li>\n <li>Act as project lead in the design, review, and deployment of new infrastructure systems, applications, and hardware; conduct capacity planning and performance analysis as needed.</li>\n <li>Lead, coordinate, and participate in key process improvements and automation initiatives related to infrastructure operations.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure availability, reliability, security, and scalability of infrastructure to meet business demands.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, policies, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to maintain infrastructure security and integrity.</li>\n <li>Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, system software, and network issues.</li>\n <li>Oversee installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of infrastructure components.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing and maintaining backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems documentation.</li>\n <li>Participate in capacity planning and contribute to long-term strategic goals for infrastructure and technology platforms.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with application and business teams to ensure interoperability and performance of critical systems.</li>\n <li>Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and end-user access.</li>\n <li>Provide input on technology evaluations and feasibility studies for products under consideration.</li>\n <li>Provide after-hours support based on a rotation-based on-call schedule.</li>\n <li>Work on-site during standard business hours with availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What Makes You the ONE</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure administration and support within hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises). </li>\n <li>Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and security systems. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure projects, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. </li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with developing and enforcing security policies, compliance standards, and disaster recovery strategies. </li>\n <li>Strong background in advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex infrastructure issues. </li>\n <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with automation, scripting, and process improvement for infrastructure operations. </li>\n <li>Previous experience in on-call support and managing 24x7 environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<em>(Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.)</em> </li>\n <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Post-secondary certifications in infrastructure, networking, or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Architect, VMware, Cisco, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or similar).</li>\n <li><strong>Asset:</strong> ITIL Foundation certification or experience with IT service management frameworks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of <strong>Azure</strong> <strong>infrastructure architecture</strong>, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies. </li>\n <li>Proven ability to <strong>design and implement infrastructure solutions</strong> that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. </li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of <strong>operating systems administration</strong>, virtualization, and directory services. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies</strong>. </li>\n <li>Solid understanding of <strong>networking concepts</strong> (LAN, WAN, VPN) and security best practices. </li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>automation and scripting</strong> for infrastructure management and process improvement. </li>\n <li>Strong <strong>troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</strong> for complex technical issues across multiple platforms. </li>\n <li>Ability
