Assist with recommending equipment tooling and part design modifications for rigid plastic applications, metal welding applications, textile, EV Battery, food cutting etc.&nbsp;</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Provide application troubleshooting support both at the factory and in the field along with client site visits with sales</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Provide technical communication (ie. Application briefs, technical bulletins) internally and externally.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Engage actively in training interns, new employees, external seminars and lab training programs.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Provide technical consultative assistance during the sales process to accurately assess potential customer’s needs and determine suited solution</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Develop and present unique value propositions to clients and provide pre-sales support for better technology and cost competitiveness positioning.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Successful application implemented, new applications attempted and commissioned (go beyond the routine applications), horn designing</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Support functions that can deliver products and services to customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner including application feasibility study which requires a good, coordinated effort between Sales/Clients/Application team.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>The trials are accomplished with customer delight and on-time delivery input is provided to Logistics team with right machine selection.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>For SPM development in-house and drive those discussions with suppliers, customers and sales for a technically cost-effective solution.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>maintain a high level of positive working culture and maintain a good sales-client rapport.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Regular communication: Internally with sales, design &amp; tooling team &amp; counter parts in other Branson offices globally. You proactively develop relationships with a wide variety of people.&nbsp;</span></span>\n<p>&nbsp;</p><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span>Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Polymer/ Plastics/Metallurgy</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>3-12 years in ultrasonic know-how/plastics/metal joining experience, assembly, techniques, experience of project management&nbsp;</span></p></li>\n <li><span>CAD skills (NX preferred), good mechanical drafting aptitude</span></li>\n <li><span>Good organizing skills, planning, presentation, co-ordination skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Effective verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Open to 30-40% travel&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span>",
