Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Location: 65 N 1150 Hurricane, Utah 84737 (On-site)
Shift:
PM: 1:00pm - 11:00pm
Schedule:
Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Embark at Hurricane - Stabilization and Assessment is a residential treatment center that provides a nurturing, home-like atmosphere for highly acute adolescent males and their families. We specialize in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns, all with a focus on family-centered healing.
Responsibilities
Walking clients through their day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each client's treatment plan.
Relaying any pertinent information over to the treatment team
Consistent and thorough documentation and reporting
Crisis prevention and management
Maintaining a safe environment for clients
Daily light housekeeping; sweeping, cleaning up/putting things away, dishes, etc.
Contribute to meal preparation while promoting healthy eating habits.
Attend and engage in group sessions with clients, fostering a sense of community.
Qualifications
21 years old or older
Experience in Behavioral Health or a related field is preferred
Current driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to learn and perform CPR and First-Aid.
Skill in de-escalating agitated students.
Ability to pass a Utah State background check
Willing to get Food Handlers Permit before first day of work
