The QA Analyst will utilize approved laboratory techniques and perform complex calculations to ensure accurate results are delivered in a timely manner.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs Pre-Operational Inspections</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs perfect package checks on applicable productions lines and reports any issues to QA management</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Verifies food safety preventive controls are in place and operating properly</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Supports and educates team members on food safety responsibilities and good manufacturing procedures</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conducts data analysis to identify trends and patterns. &nbsp; Leads continuous improvement efforts and projects</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs microbiological swabs as needed</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Places all non-conforming products on hold, troubleshoots and works with leadership to investigate, determine root cause, and identify non-conforming product range</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of production lines and process flows to troubleshoot production issues with appropriate parties to minimize downtime</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Identifies areas to reduce waste, rework, and other inefficiencies with a focus on continuous process improvement</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs Internal Audits of facility, process and programs</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Acts as a backup to Quality Technicians as needed</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is <strong>required</strong>.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">3-5 years of manufacturing quality assurance experience in a highly regulated environment such as food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is <em>strongly&nbsp;</em><em>preferred</em>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">HAACP training <em>strongly&nbsp;</em><em>preferred</em>.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to speak effectively with groups of employees throughout the organization as this position requires routinely writing reports &amp; corresponding to all levels of plant personnel.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to stand for extended period of time</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time without aid.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Due to SQF regulations, all employees must be able to fluently read, write, and converse in the English language.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><em>At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
