Overview Providing high-level administrative support to a staff member within Field Operations and in support of various responsibilities within the Family Enterprise. This person will manage calendars, plan meetings and events, coordinate travel logistics, research and provide technical solutions in a paperless environment, and perform additional administrative functions. S/he will be interacting regularly with Staff members at all levels of the organization, Chick-fil-A Operators, and outside individuals and organizations as needed. This role requires a focus on both results and relationships. Teams at Chick-fil-A work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative manner. Often the responsibilities require real-time prioritization and flexibility on the part of this role. This position is based in the Chick-fil-A, Inc Support Center in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities Calendar management and maintenance Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters/email communications, financial statements, and other documents using Microsoft Suite Help coordinate logistics as needed, including working with vendors, setting date/time, coordinating schedules, hosting, and providing on-site support Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time Coordinate travel arrangements/reservations and complete expense reports Conduct research and compile data for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
