This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning insights into action.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Apply through this site or send resume to [email protected].</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities, including plans, documents, and submittals, according to FDOT guidelines.</li>\n <li>Communication and Collaboration: Serving as a point of contact for the owner, contractor, and inspection staff, coordinating communication and addressing project-related issues.</li>\n <li>Inspection Oversight: Reviewing and overseeing the daily inspection reports and quantity computations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.</li>\n <li>Contractor Submittals: Reviewing and managing contractor submittals, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.</li>\n <li>Progress and Final Estimates: Responsible for tracking project progress and preparing final estimates throughout the project duration.</li>\n <li>Team Leadership: Directing and assigning tasks to inspectors and assisting with all phases of the project.</li>\n <li>FDOT Compliance: Ensuring that all project activities comply with FDOT policies, procedures, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Project Administration Manual: Familiarity with and adherence to the Construction Project Administration Manual (CPAM).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>A Civil Engineering degree plus two (2) years of engineering experience in construction of major road or bridge structures, or for non-degreed personnel eight (8) years of responsible and related engineering experience, two (2) years of which involved construction of major road or bridge structures</p>\n<p>- CTQP Final Estimates Level II Certification</p>\n<p>- FDOT Advanced MOT Certification</p>\n<p>-CTQP Quality Control Manager</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>M&J is a leader in providing quality engineering consulting services to a diverse and exciting client base.
