    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delta Area Economic Corporation, a Missouri Community Action Agency, is seeking an Education Coach.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Education Coach will have the primary responsibility of </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">development and oversight of the educational services program; ensuring compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards and recognized best practices in the field of early childhood education.  Responsible for mentoring and coaching Staff in the Program’s currently chosen/implemented strategies as well as industry recognized developmentally appropriate practices for classroom management, child development, and early learning.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Bachelor's degree (B.
