    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p>Sodexo is seeking our <strong>Environmental Services-Custodial Manager 2 </strong>for our client partners at the<strong> St. Catherines University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. </strong>Our successful candidate will have an executive presence to manage client relationship building, and lead with the professional compassion to inspect work daily to meet Annual Audit expectations, work closely with Events team to staff events like sports and concerts Interview, Hire, Lead and mentor our team, conduct safety meetings for our team and manage annual reviews and provide constructive counseling for course correction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sodexo provides college campuses with facilities, environmental, and food and nutrition management solutions. Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately Monday - Friday schedule, but will include some evenings and weekends for busier seasons. \n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage a diverse team of 28+ diverse employees</li>\n <li>Ensure a safe working environment through campus for all employees</li>\n <li>Demonstrate willingness to perform at a high level in a team environment</li>\n <li>Perform all trash and recycle removal at designated on and off campus sites</li>\n <li>Operate vehicles with safe work practices and caution while efficiently transporting waste materials</li>\n <li>Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of janitorial services, waste removal, and campus event set-up and tear down</li>\n <li>Operate custodial equipment including but not limited to wet - dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, sprayers, auto scrubbers and electric carts</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
