    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Peraton is seeking a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst to join the USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serves as intelligence planner supporting USCYBERCOM Joint Task Force (JTF)</li>\n <li>Understands JPP; provides intelligence planning support for JTF campaign plan development </li>\n <li>Participates on command IPTs and OPTs to inform planning and COA development/evaluation </li>\n <li>Supports command operational assessments process assisting in building and refining MOEs/indicators </li>\n <li>Provides target development and target systems analysis support for JTF J3 OCO and IO planning </li>\n <li>Applies wide range of intel analytic skills and tools to monitor, assess, and report on adversary target systems identifying vulnerabilities to enable friendly intel, OCO and IO to meet mission objectives  </li>\n <li>Assists with stakeholder/partner management; advises/facilitates actions to enhance relationships and build collaboration opportunities to achieve mutual mission objectives/outcomes </li>\n <li>Supports decision-making and special projects by the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for stakeholders and leadership.  Guides/develops reports and briefings </li>\n <li>Develops analytic approaches and recommendations to problems and situations for which data are incomplete, controversial, or which no precedence exists.  Conducts reviews, identifies gaps, recommends solutions, and ensures alignment with command strategies and operational guidance </li>\n <li>Capable of facilitating analytic working groups to derive common intelligence pictures to support target system analysis and subsequent intelligence and operational planning activities</li>\n <li>Coaches, trains, and mentors other personnel</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#COSS </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 9 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Cyber or SIGINT focus </li>\n <li>Minimum of High School Diploma.  Bachelor’s degree or higher desired </li>\n <li>Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask </li>\n <li>Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities, strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>U.S. citizenship required.</li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Highly Desired:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in fast-paced environment directly supporting the senior leadership of an organization </li>\n <li>Advanced understanding of analysis and target development support for OCO and IO </li>\n <li>Joint Targeting School (JTS) or equivalent Service targeting school highly desired </li>\n <li>Experience engaging and collaborating with IC and other inter-agency partners </li>\n <li>Understands full range of intelligence support including analysis, collections, targeting, and planning </li>\n <li>Demonstrated maturity in communications, professional in manner. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
