We are a growing nationally recognized full-service accounting, tax, and consulting firm. We are ranked the 22<sup>nd</sup>largest accounting firm in the US with over 2,400 partners and staff in 21 offices.  We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and can provide clients with exceptional services. The Tax Manager will provide tax compliance and tax consulting services for middle market businesses and high net worth individuals with a heavy concentration in Trusts and Estates. &nbsp; &nbsp;<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities, but not limited to:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Review of tax projections, tax workpapers and tax returns primarily with complex federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns, gift tax returns and Estate tax returns.</li><li>Managing complex estate and high net worth consulting engagements.</li><li>Managing complex Estate administration.</li><li>Possess a general understanding of entity taxation including partnerships and S-corporations</li><li>Provide effective consulting, planning and compliance for clients&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee and manage the day to day needs of clients&nbsp;and tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issues</li><li>Review of fiduciary accountings.</li><li>Perform tax research to resolve issues&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with a highly proactive approach to serving clients.</li><li>Coordinates with Partner and staff to ensure timeliness and effective communication for proper planning of engagements.</li><li>Coaching, mentoring, and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of the tax practice.</li><li>Maintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect clients.</li><li>Working with other professionals in a collaborative manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate must have:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting required, Masters in Taxation is preferred, CPA required</li><li>10+ years of progressive public accounting experience</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Capable of managing multiple client engagements&nbsp;</li><li>A track record of building and sustaining client relationships and high quality client service</li><li>Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with CCH Axcess, Caseware, Quickbooks, CCH Intelliconnect, RIA Checkpoint, GoFileRoom and Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About Citrin Cooperman: </strong></p><p>Citrin Cooperman is one of the nation&rsquo;s largest professional services firms.
