The chosen candidate will be asked to lead the implementation of the CMS for a particular platform and to build the team, mentor them and develop their capabilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a CMS team that will work to implement, maintain and expand the existing CMS for use in new potential markets.</li>\n<li>Contribute the the core library of the CMS.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain the migration and release process for the CMS.</li>\n<li>Manage and mentor the team in accomplishing their tasks on multiple brands.</li>\n<li>Contribute to maintaining the stability of the system through code reviews and test coverage.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years experience with full stack development.</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills and a strong sense of leadership and ownership.</li>\n<li>Strong experience with DirectUs or similar headless CMS platforms.</li>\n<li>Strong experience with SQL.
